Hettie - a brief history

Launched on Monday the 6th March 1871 by Miss Henrietta Jobson, whom the vessel is named after (then 8 yrs old).
 
Owners: Built for E.S.Jobson & Partners, originally captained by Henry Powell, George Horsley became managing owner 
 
in 1877 when E.S.Jobson died. In 1885 she was sold to Manasseh Angel of Cardiff.
