Gray Art Gallery and Museum Statue and Stairs

What we know about this image :

The stairs led from the museum area up to the Art Gallery. The statue has now been moved to the new Art Gallery in the old Christ Church. The Art Gallery had been the home of Sir William Gray and he donated it to the town in 1920.
