What we know about this image :

Taken around the mid 1990s as the image not only shows the new garage on the site of the former Lex Cinema, but the yellow windows on the right in Exeter Street are the former Victoria Hotel which in 1995 was briefly Fibber McGinty's Irish Bar although it has had many names since.
