Fate
Captured and sunk by the German submarine U-53 (Hans Rose), 46 miles south-east of the Nantucket Light Vessel, on October 8th, 1916. The ship was on a voyage from London to Newport News with general cargo. No lives were lost. Master F.J. Harnden.
