This photograph is of Janet Carling (nee Watkins) who was married to Harold Carling, a barber and umbrella maker before the outbreak of WW1.
Also appearing in the photograph are their two dughters; Josephine Navy born in 1907 with her little sister Eve.The little boy on the right is their cousin Harold Whiteside.
Josephine and Eve were orphaned in 1915 when both parents died .
