Hartlepool History Then & Now

The vast majority of the images in this section are from the ‘Robert Wood Collection’, a large collection of posters, business cards and other printed material held by Hartlepool Museums Service. This material was thankfully saved from destruction by the late Robert Wood, a well-known local historian and school teacher and is now being assessed, scanned and uploaded to this website by Museum staff and project volunteers.
