Christ Church, opened in 1854 and closed in 1973. The building was refurbished as an Art Gallery in 1996.
Originally on the corner of Vane Street and Milbank Crescent, the current building is Davison Drive.
New Life Fellowship Church which was in Osborne Road in premises built in 1892 as Osborne High School by Mr Branson. The school closed in the early 1930s.
In Park Road and on the corner of Lansdowne Road. It was completely demolished in 1968 and the Salvation Army Citidal is now on the site.
The original chapel opened around 1850, was badly damaged on 16th Dec 1914 and rebuilt on the same site. It is said to have been built on the foundations of the original building.
The original St James' Church was located in Musgrave Street and opened in 1870. When it was demolished, a new parish was formed and another St James' Church opened in Rossmere Way.
The Swedish or Scandanavian church was on the corner of Middleton Road and Clarence Road and opened in 1885.
The Wesley Church opened in 1872. After closing as a church in 1973, it was briefly re-opened as a nightclub in the early 2000s, but is again now unused.
