WEST HARTLEPOOL SEAMAN DROWNED. A seaman named John O'Brien, residing in West Hartlepool, was, we regret to state, washed overboard by a heavy sea from the steamer Eclipse, on her passage to New York. O'Brien was a young man of some 28 years of age; and his will be greatly regretted by many in this neighbourhood.
