Bound from Pensacola for Genoa with a cargo of iron, cotton & timber Cyclades was wrecked off the Berry Islands & sank off Abaco Reef on 13 May 1908. The master & 15 of the crew were landed at Nassau. Four passengers & six of the crew took to a lifeboat & were still missing on 19 May. The vessel was insured for £23,000.
