Fred MARSDEN. This photograph appeared in the Northern Daily Mail and was taken at the time of ‘The Lads Own’ Diamond Jubilee {c1963} which Fred led for over 60 years. He is shown holding the ‘Little Book’ which is the basis of this fine collection which records dates of every letter & parcel sent by Mr. Marsden during the First and Second World Wars.
