What we know about this image :
Looking south past the wall that was on the corner of Seaton (Station) Lane towards the Seaton Hotel and the lifeboat house at the end of the view. This image is prior to the sea wall being constructed and the road widened so probably early 1880s. The bathing machines appear to be stored away for the winter.
