The 'K' (or Acasta-class) destroyer HMS Cockatrice saw service throughout the First World War, eventually being scrapped in 1921.
Sadly, on November 7th, 1918, Stoker 1st Class Arthur James Robinson of West Hartlepool, just 21-years of age, died of an illness while serving on board.
