Donated by Mr. S. NaisbittA slightly dark photograph of the homeward-bound Strick Lines steamship Nigaristan taken in the Red Sea on Tuesday, August 12th, 1930. The photograph was taken my Mr. J. Hawson from the deck of his ship, another Strick Lines vessel, the Bandar Shahpour. The Nigaristan managed an average speed of 12.6 knots.
