Wapping left Hartlepool at 1am on 29 November 1891 on a voyage for London with a cargo of 800 tons of coal & a crew of 15. She was wrecked north of Flamborough Head on 29 November 1891.
The Board of Trade Inquiry found the master, George Skelton, in default & his certificate was suspended for 3 months.
