Fate

On a voyage from New Orleans for Alexandria with a cargo of timber Citos was wrecked on Cabezos Shoal off Tarifa on 22 March 1928. A lifeboat which held 11 of the crew overturned in the surf & 9 swam ashore but the master & 2^nd officer drowned.
