Sailed from Kurachaen Bay, Karachi on 6 May 1883 bound for Marseille with a cargo of wheat & gingelly seed & struck on an unmarked rock near Great Hamish Island in the Red Sea on 11 May 1883. She was abandoned by the crew who were picked up by the steamer Stolzenfels & landed at Suez.
