Young Street/ Raby Road then and now

What we know about this image :

Junction of Young Street and Raby Road, and taken from Raby Road,West Hartlepool. The original image shows the houses of Dent Street (facing), with Lynnfield School in the far distance at the end of Young Street. The 'now' image shows the disused Odeon Cinema (originally the Majestic) which closed in 1981 and apart from a brief spell as a club, has been derelict since 2002.
